Comparison of ANA business class from Japan on 787 and 777
Sruthi and Nitin flew business class from Japan to different destinations, experiencing varied services. ANA’s Boeing 777 offers “The Room”, a spacious and private seat, while the 787 has a dated product. Service and cleanliness on the Delhi flight were subpar, and the wifi was expensive.
